Why not experiment the principle of an electromagnet by building a special fishing rod.

When electric current passes through a copper wire coil, magnetization is produced. It is this same principle that is used in electric motors which, by attracting magnets withh electricity, makes it possible to create movement.

This project was developped for the magazine 'Campus Junior' of the University of Geneva.
