How to use ? - Growing back kitchen scraps

  • Depending on the types of plant waste, the replanting technique differs.

  • Step 1

    Plant the base in soil:

    • Piece of onion
    • Sprouted or new onions
    • Garlic cloves

     



  • Step 2

    Plant underground:

    • Potatoes peels (quite thick) with sprouts


  • Step 3

    Coat with wet potting soil and lay on the surface of the earth:

    • tomato slices


  • Step 4

    Dip the base in water.

    Once roots have grown well, plant in the ground:

    • Romaine lettuce base
    • Pack-choy
    • Celery branch
    • Avocado Core
    • Lemongrass stick
    • Piece of ginger
    • Sprigs of mint or basil (stem and 2-3 leaves)

     



  • Step 5

    Put the plants in a shallow tray and place inside behind a bright window.

    Water the earth and change the water of the plants regularly.
