Verwendung - Pocket Sundial

To use this small sundial, follow the following steps :

(1) position the dial as flat as possible (level)

(2) turn it until the north indicated by the compass (red arrow) is matching the axis of the sundial (see image)

(3) the solar time is given by the shadow of string

(4) to know the actual time, it is then necessary to follow the procedure indicated on the vertical board
