How to use ? - Bioclimatic greenhouse

  • Step 1

Mark the wood list as shown on the template. Drill 2 holes with a M3 drill bit and cut at the marked points to obtain 5 pieces.

  • Step 2

Mark the wood fibre panel (back of the frame) according to the template.

Drill the small holes with an M3 drill bit and the 2 large holes with an M5 drill bit.

Trace the lines several times with a cutter and a ruler and finish by folding to separate the pieces.

  • Step 3

Position pieces B and C in a 'cradle' and mirrored.

Place the wood fibre triangles at the corners and screw in 6 small screws (2.2mm).

  • Step 4

According to the diagram below, screw (2.5mm) the 2 wood fibre rectangles starting with the largest one which should not exceed the front of the greenhouse.

  • Step 5

Screw (2.5mm) the front bar making sure it protrudes about 1cm at the top to hold the glass in place.

{#lang_bricoWikiWarnings_warning} A line on the model allows the front bar to be positioned correctly.

  • Step 6

To fix the insulation to the back, first perforate it by passing the M4 screws through the holes in the back panel.Remove the screw, insert a washer, then pass it through the outside and tighten a nut on the other side.

  • Step 7

Cut the transparent folder to obtain 2 separate A4 sheets.

Staple them to the two outer sides of the greenhouse and screw two screws into the edge of the insulation.Cut off the excess sheeting.

  • Step 8

Using a desk stapler, staple two pieces of ribbon to the top of the cardboard rectangle.

  • Step 9

Place the cardboard on top of the greenhouse and staple the ribbons to the back roof with a decorator's stapler.

Make sure the cardboard can be easily lifted and lowered.

  • Step 10

Cover the bottle's neck with adhesive tape.Spray one side of the bottle with high-temperature black paint.

  • Step 11

In the latex glove cut a long finger and a finger section of about 3 cm

  • Step 12

Insert the glove finger 3/4 into the bottle and then turn the part that remains outside over the neck.

Slide the glove section over and secure it with a cable tie.Using a pair of pliers, ensure that the cable tie is tight and then cut off the excess.

  • Step 13

Place the test tube in the glove finger.

Mark the location where it emerges from the bottle and carefully saw the tube at that point.

Add 8 M6 nuts in the tube to weight it.
