To symbolize the plants, watercress seeds are grown in a little soil. Do not forget to regularly add a little water and ensure sufficient light. To avoid wetting the model during 'watering', the tank is movable.

Once the watercress has grown well, it is possible to 'harvest' it and use it with other organic matter to perform the balloon experiment again.
