How to use ? - A coins battery

  • Step 1

    Use one of the coins as a model and nine discs on the cardboard and nine others on the aluminum foils (press to mark the outline), then cut them out.



  • Step 2

    clean the coins thorgouphly with vinegar and dry them.



  • Step 3

    Place the cardboard discs in a small bowl and cover them with vinegar. Let them soak for at least 5 minutes.



  • Step 4

    Pile up a coin, a cardboard disc, a foil disc, and then repeat this, always in the same order until you finish with the last coin.



  • Step 5

    Surround the pile of discs with adhesive tape.

    The discs should be tightly packed together.



  • Step 6

    Slides one electrical wire on top of the battery, under the adhesive tape and the other underneath. Both wires should touch the coins.



  • Step 7

    Connect the two metal rods of the LED to the two wires. Your LED should light up.If nothing happens, reverse the contacts because the LEDs only work in one current direction.
