  • Etape 1

Cut and strip both ends of the following wires:

    2 x 35 cm

    1 x approx. 5 cm

    5 x approx. 20 cm

Using the soldering iron, add tin on the stripped ends.

Note: the colour of the wires do not matter.

  • Etape 2

With the help of the model that you can download in the "blueprints/plans" section, mark the positions of the holes on the board.

Using a hammer and the large flat screwdriver, hammer through the board on the little lines indicated on the model.

warning Put an old piece wooden board underneath to protect your table

Drill the two round circles shown on the model.

  • Etape 3

Slide 14 brads (brass fasteners) through the slits.

  • Etape 4

With the help of five 20 cm wires, form five "pairs" left to right of your choice between the ten central brads.

warning The stripped wires must connect well to the brads to ensure a good electrical contact.

  • Etape 5

Using a soldering iron, solder the 5 cm wire to one side of the battery support and the 35cm one to the other side.

warning Act careful, without melting the plastic.

  • Etape 6

Attach the other end of the 5 cm wire to one side of the bulb socket.

Attach the other 35 cm wire to the other socket contact.

At the end of the two 35 cm wires, attach the small electrical plugs.

Glue the battery holder and the socket on the board with hot glue.

  • Etape 7

Cut two strips of paper in a A4 sheet as shown on the photo.

They will be used to write down the questions and answers.

  • Etape 8

On one strip of paper, write your five questions at the hight of the brads.

On the other strip of paper, write the answers, taking care to write them next to the connecting brads.

Fix the two paper strips with four brads.
